The National Hotel hired Hotel eMarketing to create a
comprehensive email marketing campaign to target past guests,
meeting planners, travel agents and other segments of their
target markets.
Challenge
The
hotel needed an online, email database management tool that
could import email addresses from their website, as well as a
manual entry mechanism to upload email addresses that were compiled
offline.
Solution
Hotel eMarketing created a a
popup to collect visitor
email addresses from the hotel's website and segment users
into distinct categories. The email addresses and other
data are loaded into an online database that hotel management
can access and upload / download addresses any time.
Result
Today, The National hotel has over 5,000 email addresses in
their database and has the ability to send content specific,
targeted emails to specific audiences. The hotels
conversion rate is between 15 and 20%.
